Nigel Edwards
Nigel has been creating his own businesses for over 20 years. Previously Nigel worked for large multinationals in risk and capital markets, working and living in London, Paris, Sydney, New York/Old Greenwich. After roles as innovative lead international reinsurance underwriter (building and hedging portfolios of natural catastrophe, liabilities and agri risk) Nigel moved to USA to pioneer cat option & then bond markets. He has built on these skills in his own companies including pioneering use of long term house-price indexes, mortality and other risk-hedges behind successful largescale asset acquisitions.
He says all the lessons, good and bad, from all the businesses, are beginning to make him useful.
Nigel is supported by Gemma Cardon and a network of great people in each business and trusted relationships outside them.
